Dom Matthews is a fourteen-year veteran of the BAFTA Award-winning studio, Ninja Theory, and currently serves as Studio Head where they recently oversaw the production and launch of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II. Before joining Ninja Theory, Dom spent 3 years at Capcom in product management and marketing roles.
