Elisa Farinetti, a former software engineer, co-founded Broken Arms Games with Yves Hohler in 2017 and began her career as a business developer. Broken Arms Games is a data-aware game development studio focused on self-publishing their games. In May 2021, the studio launched "Hundred Days - Winemaking Simulator," which completely changed the studio's perspective and life. Elisa has been involved in the product development and marketing process that led the game to its success. Beyond her work with Broken Arms Games, she managed and coordinated the vertical gaming acceleration program at Cinecittà Game Hub in Rome during 2022 and 2023. She is an international speaker, sharing methodology and self-publishing strategies for indie developers, and she still mentors many studios in Italy.
