Paella Cooking Competition
11:45am - 4:30pm
Paella, originally from Valencia, is possibly the most famous Spanish dish and is now known around the world. D.I.C.E. attendees will have a chance to visit Masia Mas Coll, a Masia or a typical Catalan farmhouse building whose origin dates back to the twelfth century. There attendees will be broken up into teams to make a full Catalan meal. On the menu includes appetizers, paella, dessert and sangria.
